What does the race of a teacher have to do with acting like a leader and controlling their class? Are white teachers all simpering weak idiots or are you suggesting all white teachers are racists because they are white?

If you can’t “stop the flow of the class” you have no business being a teacher. Also the rules you listed are general rules of civility and not some brave manifesto.

Let’s say you are just that irritating person no one likes should people be able to be rude because you aren’t on that list as a protected class somehow. If teachers aren’t enforcing general good manners and civility again they should not be teaching.
