Well it was a smooth transition. Trump left the White House and Biden moved in. We conveniently forget the riots that happened when Trump took office. So did you complain about those riots or worry about them?

These protests were coordinated (see the Guardian article) and there was damage and yet the charges were dismissed against most of the 200 charged.
