So this 1% is not to be questioned? Just because they are high flying consultants. One thing I have learned is never trust a consultant, they are all about the continuing paycheck

The key thing we need to worry about is usable water. Water just never goes away but much of it needs to be treated to be useable. Over time we have begun building desalination plants and recycling water etc.
