Russia always messes in our elections and has done so historically. I wouldn’t be surprised if they were as shocked by Trump winning as all the media people and polling people. No one thought he could win.

The question is did Trump do the things alleged by Democrats like Schiff. Remember Schiff said he had the “proof”. Did he or was he spreading misinformation?
