I must admit I never watch the Oscars since I find them boring and don’t need to watch a bunch of wealthy entitled people clap each other on the back. I am also fascinated why other people are fascinated about “the slap” and how people are desperate to bring race into the whole debate.

But he responded because he is an “alpha male” that one is also a stretch. If he was such an alpha male he would have punched the guys sleeping with his wife. As an alpha male he certainly would not go on TV and discuss their open marriage or whatever they have and acknowledge his wife had sex with another man.

As a woman I would hope my male partner would protect me just like I would protect him. That is not an act of an alpha male but just part of becoming partners.
